Climategate

Reading the paper today, it seems that the confusion caused by the UEA climate scientists’ emails revealed by hackers is so serious, it is threatening to derail the climate summit, shortly to take place in Copenhagen.

Carbon footprints by constituency

An interesting article I have just found on the BBC News web-site looks at some research obtained by the BBC’s Politics Show from data experts at Experian.  This breaks down  the UK population into 10 different categories depending on their carbon emissions. Figures are given for all 648 parliamentary constituencies, and the BBC report shows the results in a map form.
